On average, for a 2-room apartment with refresher cleaning, it takes about 4 hours and 1 cleaner (Swoopik).

For general cleaning - about 6 hours and 2 cleaners (Swoopiks).

We work every day - from Monday to Sunday. We are also "on standby" for many holidays.

However, we have 3 days off: 31.12 and 01-02.01.

It depends on several factors:

• You're moving out and want to get your deposit back - the most comprehensive format helps: "detailing".
• You're moving in and want a perfectly clean, fresh space - general cleaning + ozone treatment.
• It's been a while since proper work was done, there's a lot of greasy dirt in the kitchen, and limescale in the bathroom - general cleaning.
• You just want to refresh the apartment: dust, floors, quick tidying - refresher cleaning.

All supplies and cleaning equipment are brought by the cleaner (Swoopik).

However, we always ask if you have a working vacuum cleaner (not a robot) and if it can be used during the service.

If there's no vacuum cleaner or you're not sure about its power, we can offer an additional "our vacuum cleaner" service.

We use professional chemicals from three manufacturers: Kärcher (Germany), HG (Netherlands), and HapWin (Poland). The products are safe and hypoallergenic.

We can also offer an option without aggressive chemicals - using a steam cleaner.

Of course. We travel around Warsaw and to nearby towns within a 35 km radius (sometimes even up to 50 km).

The cost of travel is paid by the client.

Yes! We have a "Lego" format - you can create your own "set" from specific rooms and additional services and order only what you need.

Important: the minimum "Lego" order value is 250 PLN.

No - our cleaners (Swoopiks) will clean regardless of your presence.

You can indicate the "work front" (within the selected cleaning) and go about your business, and we'll let you know when we're done.

Yes! We have gift certificates with bonuses and additional services - depending on the amount.

We'll help you choose the right value and "contents" of the certificate - it's a great gift: a clean home and more free time.

Cleaning is our job and professional challenge. Our cleaners (Swoopiks) like "difficult objects" - there's no need to be embarrassed or worried. We've had many different cases and really, very little can surprise us.

We sign contracts and issue VAT invoices (23%).
